The debate continues to rage over a proposal to ban smoking in restaurants in Louisiana. The Town Talk would like to hear your opinion. The state Senate on Monday overwhelmingly approved a ban on smoking in restaurants, and a House committee Wednesday went along with the ban in a 13-1 vote.
