Cenla residents continue to speak out about a proposal to ban smoking in restaurants in Louisiana. The Town Talk would like to hear your opinion. The state Senate has overwhelmingly approved a ban on smoking in restaurants, and a House committee went along with the ban in a 13-1 vote.
