Woman cited after dog dies in enclosed truck 
When Brenda Fleming saw the puppy looking out the window of the semi-trailer cab, she could see he was distressed. Fleming works at the Flying J Travel Plaza in North Platte. She and other employees heard from customers that a semi-truck, parked outside the restaurant, had a dog inside it.
